About the event
Join us for an afternoon workshop about healing through dreams with Gabriel Herodier, Trauma-Informed Cree Counsellor.
Gabriel will discuss dream interpretation using traditional Indigenous perspectives passed down from Elders, and its role in healing. Gabriel will discuss the importance of building internal self-healing tools to work through trauma.
Please note that this workshop has a heavy focus on trauma and some participants may be triggered by the topics of discussion (trigger warning: domestic abuse, child abuse, violence, alcohol, suicide).
