Kashechewan - Primary Care Intake Clinic

Do you need a family doctor or nurse practitioner? Our primary health care team is expanding to Kashechewan First Nation!

Our nurses will be in Kashechewan December 2-5 to complete intake appointments with new patients.

Where can you get an intake package? Visit Kashechewan Health Services. They have intake packages available for you to complete. One completed, please return your intake package to Kashechewan Health Services and we will contact you to schedule an appointment. If you need help filling out your intake package, please call us and schedule an appointment: 705-269-6662.
