Mental Health Program 

Our wellness and mental health programs and services are offered to Mushkegowuk Council communities. We work with community resources through collaboration and regular community visits.

We offer:

• Presentations

• Crisis response supports

• Sharing circles

• Mental wellness support activities

• Youth programming and engagement

• One-on-one counselling

• Cultural and recreation programming

• Youth counselling

• 3-Day Grief EDU-THERAPY Program 

• Online support services such as access to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings 

• Debriefing services for front line workers and families 

• Peer support

• Upcoming: training in ASIST & presentation development
