WEEK 3: November 15 - 21

Mental health: Stress, grief, loneliness and money worries can affect anyone. Talking with someone you trust, staying connected to community and culture, getting enough sleep, and cutting back on alcohol all support good mental health. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength. Need to talk? The Hope for Wellness Help Line is available 24/7 at 1-855-242-3310.

Photo challenge: Take a photo with the men in your life who are your support: your brothers, cousins, friends, uncles, sons, or coworkers. Don't forget to use the hashtag #MushkegowukMovember and tag us @MushHealth on Facebook or Instagram (image must be set to public)

Why it matters: Mental health is men's health. Men are less likely to talk about how they're feeling or reach out for help. A simple "How are you really doing?" can make a big difference, so check in with your family and friends.
