About the event

This condensed, 3-day program is a powerful tool for navigating grief and loss. Whether you're coping with the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a loss of trust or safety—or simply seeking to strengthen your connection with a spouse, co-worker, friend, or child—this workshop offers practical tools to help you positively transform your life.


Through guided group work and meaningful exercises, participants will address the pain of past losses and enhance their capacity to live more fully and authentically.


Workshop Details:

  • Duration: 3 days

  • Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily

  • Attendance: Full participation on all three days is required.

  • Facilitators: Gertie Linklater, Mental Health and Addicitons Worker, and Arlene Faries, Traditional Counsellor
