T-Shirt Design Contest
Mushkegowuk Council's Health Department is holding a T-Shirt Design Contest to celebrate communities for National Indigenous Day (June 21 2024).

Contest Deadline: Deadline to submit your design is May 15, 2024 at 4PM. No further entries will be accepted after the deadline.
We are looking for one design per Mushkegowuk community. The winner's design will be featured on the front of the T-Shirt and the community logo will be featured on the sleeve. T-shirts will be distributed in communities during the month of June. A small number of T-shirts will be available for pick-up in our Timmins Health office and in Cochrane. Distribution details to come at a later date.

Eligibility: The contest is open to all Mushkegowuk individuals located on the Mushkegowuk territory.
Design Criteria: Must not include any copyright material. The design will be judged based on:

If there are any difficulties submitting the form, please email your submission to courtneylaforest@mushkegowuk.ca with the following information: first name, last name, email, phone number, band affiliation, age, and a copy of your design.

Contest Prize: The prize will consist of one (1) Apple iPad. There will be one (1) winner selected per Mushkegowuk community (Moose Cree, Fort Albany, Kashechewan, Attawapiskat, Missanabie Cree, Chapleau Cree, Taykwa Tagamou).

Winner Selection: Mushkegowuk Council's Health Department will review the entries received before the contest end date and select the potential winner based on the contest criteria.
